Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation (Monday-Friday). Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Restrictions

• Currently shipping to US addresses only (including PO boxes)
• No international shipping at this time
• Adult signature may be required for delivery
• All shipments require a physical address for delivery

Returns & Refunds

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, along with footage of your package being unsealed. We will arrange for replacement or refund immediately.

Quality Concerns

All Vertex Labs products are third-party tested by Janoshik Analytical. If you have concerns about product quality, we will work with you to arrange independent retesting.

Non-Returnable Items

• Reconstituted peptides (cannot be resterilized)
• Products stored improperly after delivery
• Items damaged due to mishandling after receipt
• Bacteriostatic water (sterility cannot be guaranteed after opening)

Return Process

1. Contact support at vertexpeps@gmail.com with your order details
2. Receive return authorization and instructions
3. Ship items back in original packaging (if applicable)
4. Refund processed within 5-7 business days of approval
