2. Age & Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase products from Vertex Labs. By placing an order, you certify that you are 21 years or older and that you are purchasing these products for legitimate research purposes within a qualified laboratory setting.

3. Compliance & Liability

The purchaser assumes all responsibility for compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding the purchase, possession, storage, and use of research compounds. Vertex Labs shall not be held liable for any misuse, improper handling, or non-compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• NO LIABILITY: In no event shall Vertex Labs, its owners, employees, affiliates, or suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages (including, without limitation, loss of revenue, data, research outcomes, or personal injury) arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

By purchasing from Vertex Labs, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

2. You are purchasing these compounds for legitimate in-vitro laboratory research purposes only.
3. You understand these products are NOT for human or animal consumption, injection, or any form of in-vivo use.
4. You assume all risk and liability associated with handling, storing, using, and disposing of these compounds.

6. You waive any right to hold Vertex Labs liable for any claims arising from your use of these products.

6. Product Quality & Testing

All Vertex Labs products undergo third-party testing through Janoshik Analytical Laboratories. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available upon request. While we maintain the highest quality standards, research outcomes are the sole responsibility of the researcher. Product performance may vary based on storage, handling, and research conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product descriptions, images, branding, and code, is the property of Vertex Labs and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without explicit written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
